Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the SayQuote Android app, provided by Skytek Tekstil Elektronik Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Işıktepe OSB Mahallesi, Park Caddesi No: 8, Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SayQuote helps you create, manage and share estimates and invoices. You are responsible for the content of your documents, including prices, taxes and any legal details required in your country. SayQuote does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and documents created with it are not e-invoices submitted to any tax authority.
2. AI-generated drafts
The voice feature uses artificial intelligence to draft line items from your description. Drafts may be incomplete or wrong. Always review and correct them before you send a document to anyone. You can report a bad result from inside the app.
3. Free plan and SayQuote Pro
The free plan includes a limited number of new documents and voice quotes each month, as shown in the app. SayQuote Pro removes these limits, subject to fair-use limits that protect the service from abuse.
4. Subscriptions, free trial and cancellation
- SayQuote Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play, billed monthly or yearly. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SayQuote. You can also open this from the app's Settings. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy, in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
- If you reinstall the app or change phones, tap "Restore purchases" in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service, overload our servers, or use the app for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
6. Intellectual property
The app and its content belong to us or our licensors. The documents and data you create are yours.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or errors in documents you send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and significant changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
