Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the SayQuote Android app ("SayQuote", "the app") handles your information. SayQuote is provided by Skytek Tekstil Elektronik Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Işıktepe OSB Mahallesi, Park Caddesi No: 8, Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye ("we", "us"). We are the data controller. Contact: skytek@skytek.live.
1. Summary
- Your estimates, invoices, clients, catalog items and business details are stored on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.
- You do not need to create an account. The app uses an anonymous technical ID so that subscriptions and usage limits work.
- If you use the voice feature, your recording is sent to our server and to Google's Gemini API to draft line items. We do not store the recording or the transcript.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.
2. Data stored only on your device
Documents (estimates and invoices), client names and contact details you enter, catalog items and prices, your business profile and logo, and app settings are saved in the app's local storage on your phone. They leave your device only when you choose to share or export a document, for example as a PDF through another app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes this information. We cannot see or recover it.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your own clients' details in the app.
3. Data processed on our servers

We never receive your payment card details. Payments are handled by Google Play.
4. Service providers
- Supabase: backend hosting, anonymous sign-in and database.
- Google (Gemini API): processes voice recordings to draft line items.
- RevenueCat: subscription management and purchase validation.
- Google Play: app distribution and payments, under Google's own privacy policy.
These providers process data on our behalf under their terms and data processing agreements. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
5. Legal bases (EU and UK users)
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the app and your subscription), for our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention and service improvement), and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. 7. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Server access is restricted, and private server keys are never included in the app.
8. Children
SayQuote is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
