Delete your SayQuote data

SayQuote is provided by Skytek Tekstil Elektronik Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.. You do not need an account to use SayQuote, so there is no login to close. This is how to delete everything.

1. Data on your phone

Your documents, clients, catalog and business details are stored only on your device. To delete them, uninstall SayQuote, or go to Android Settings > Apps > SayQuote > Storage > Clear storage. This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the data.

2. Data on our servers

Email skytek@skytek.live with the subject "SayQuote data deletion request". If you bought SayQuote Pro, include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and appears in your Google Play receipt email) so we can find your records.

Within 30 days we delete:

• your anonymous user ID and its subscription link,
• your voice request timestamps,
• any AI result reports you sent.

We keep purchase and billing records only where tax or accounting law requires it. Voice recordings are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.

3. Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SayQuote.
